last one for a while... I'm off to paris today! we dont leave till 7 tonight, so today we are going to visit the changing of the guard and then going to the London dungeon. Hope everything is well with all back home. Hope everyone had a very merry christmas! ours was fantastic. Peace Love all

This morning we woke up to take a train to Warwick Castle. I was exshasted from last night and slept mostly on the two hours over there. Sleeping was nice, but the chairs are so uncomfortable I woke up with several kinks in my neck. It wasn't hard to find the castle, and when we got in it was really nice! It was very "kiddish" (meaning set up for little kids) and the 5 of us were the oldest people there without a child under 5 or, without pay. That was a tad awkward, but what are you gonna do. We got to walk all around in the rooms, and even up into the towers which was the best part! We also got to go into the dungeons and see where they locked people up (that part was a bit creepy... those midevel folks were devilish). We left around 2 or so and went to find some food that wasn't that expensive. We found this really really nice cafe by day and bar by night. I had nacho's which were good, everything was pretty good. I dont remember much about the train ride home because I was asleep the whole time as well. haha. my feet were very sore by that time. Once home we've been relaxing, its Christmas eve! I cant believe that its already Christmas eve, I hope to call my family a bit. Tonight we are going to Pauls Cathedral for an evening service, I think that place is so beautiful! Happy Christmas all! I dont think there is much else about today... we've been playing cards upstairs all evening, and eating too much. =]

to the zoo today!
We went to the zoo today, it was a lot of fun! David Isaac and I got up early to go right as it opened so we could have the most amount of time possible to walk around. I think we saw most of everything, I feel like I did, my feet hurt! I think my favorite was the bug's barn though. They had a really cool display for ants. There was 3 boxes, two with plants and one with the colony. Then there was rope coming from the plant boxes to the colony box. The ants would crawl on the rope to the boxes and then back. It was all exposed, and really neat! We also say pengwins and owls and lions... giraffes and so much more. It was a lot of fun. After the zoo we went out to lunch at a local place. The food was really good! and we all ate way to much. We meet everyone at the London Eye where we were trying to decide if we wanted to go on it that night (it was cloudy) or wait for another time. We also needed to decided if we were gonna go to a show that night. We decided to do the London Eye right then. I also bought combo tickets for the dungon tour, which is supposte to be scary! I hope its good.
The eye was fantastic! I think I took way to many pictures, but it was so fun! After the eye I got my ride on the carousel with David, and then wagamama for dinner (though I didn't eat a lot because I was still full from lunch).
Later that night we went out to a couple pubs, it was fun, and in the end i'm glad we stayed out so late because when we got home someone (not any of us) pulled the fire alarm and we had to go wait outside. That was pretty lame, but the firemen were nice =]

P.S. sorry the pictures were late, I didn't have time last night. Its a long story. LOVE!

monday! oh it was a monday...
we got up really early (well, early... 8:30ish) I ended up sleeping in the flat above me so I wouldn't get sick (we got our sheets/towels/place cleaned today, so i'll sleep back there tonight). It was fine, and I was ready to go by 9:30. We ended up going to breakfast this morning, we had to have the true British breakfast! I had beans, ham, eggs, sausage, and black pudding (it was blood and some other kind of meat... it was very bland, but not bad). After dinner we made several trips back to the flat because we found out late that they were cleaning that day. It was too much walking for that early! haha. Around 12 noon we went to the Tate Modern and walked around for a bit. It was very interesting, I did enjoy walking around and seeing the art. They didn't allow pictures though, so the only one i have is of the dead birds... haha. On the way out we stopped at Shakspears theator (which we didn't really tour, we just saw on the outside) and went through the gift shop. David and I took off to go to the zoo, it was a long walk, and after the 20 minutes brisk pace, we found to be 15 minutes late to be admited! lame. but we decided that we are going to get up and go tomorrow! =] Fancy that, the zoo in london! haha. So we decided to go to the Science museum instead, which was a good choice! That place is so fun! I really hope that someday we have time to go back, I really enjoyed the place a lot. After we got kicked out of the science museum (they closed at 6) we went to the London Tower to get a tour about Jack the ripper! we got their just in time to grap a few things for dinner and a couple beers. The tour was very interesting (though a little graphic) and I really enjoyed it (the beer helped)! my feet hurt so bad though, and by the time we were done learning about all the horrible murders I had to pee like no other! TMI i know, but it was a fun run home. And of course we had to get on the wrong Tube first, so it took extra long, but I made it without peeing my pants, and dont have to buy anyone beer for everyone else =] Tonight I will hopfully go to bed early (though I say that every night and it has yet to happen! haha).
P.S. Nicole, we passed this vintage shop while out, and everything in it was PINK! it was so cute, and i thought of you (it was even on Princess road!) it was so fun! haha

Hey everyone, its been a long day. My roommate was really sick this morning when we woke up, so most of my day was spent taking care of her. She had some kind of flu or something, I hope I dont get it. I think i'll spend the night in Ken's flat, they have a couple extra beds and I would be less prone to getting sick myself (which would be good!). We went to Camden Town around noon today, its a very punk rock place. They had some really neat shops full of some crazy things... haha. around 1:40 i decided to go back home, to check on roommate and to eat something for lunch that I had already bought, i'm trying to save money right now. Kortney was still ill, and she was sleeping in my bed. I tried to get her to eat something, but that wasn't happeneing. I meet everyone (as in the group) at spitlfield, well, sort of. I got their early somehow, and started wandering the streets... and kinda got lost, but I found everyone! so everything worked out. We wandered the markets there, and I didn't buy anything, but it was fun to look. After spitlfields we went to Angel to see if there was a market going on there, but it was too late, it was already over. So, we went home and made dinner. Then David liz and I went up to Ken's place and got to hear them tell their stories about meeting, proposing and getting married. There were a few drinks, and a few card games in there as well. It was a good night with lots of laughs! Ok, so now i'm going to bed, I hope my cough goes away, i've been coughing all day, and I dont want to wake up with it. =[
